How long does each service take?
Salt Breeze takes about 45 minutes, Saguaro Refresh about 1 hr 45 min, and Desert Restoration about 3 hours.
What do I need to have ready?
A working electrical outlet within 75 feet of your vehicle, confirmed before we arrive. Please also remove personal items, valuables, money, electronics and trash from the cabin, glove box, console and trunk. We never remove or reinstall child car seats; we detail around them.
Is the price different for SUVs and trucks?
Prices shown are for a coupe/sedan in Zone 1. SUVs and trucks cost a little more. Quotes are estimates, and the final price is confirmed after our on-site inspection. If the vehicle has heavy sand, embedded pet hair or severe buildup, we'll talk with you before any price change or package upgrade.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel up to 15 miles from our Mesa home base is free (Zone 1). Zone 2 is +$20 and Zone 3 is +$35. Farther out? Email us before booking.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and your appointment isn't confirmed until it's processed. The remaining 75% is due the same day when we finish. Unpaid balances after 24 hours incur a $25 weekly late fee.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule one time for free with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit transfers to the new date. Cancelling or rescheduling again with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the 25% deposit plus a $30 fee.
What if no one is there when you arrive?
We wait up to 30 minutes after your start time. If we can't reach you, can't access the vehicle, or there's no power, the appointment is canceled, the deposit is forfeited and a $30 lockout fee applies.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Email photos of the area of concern to contact@saltnsaguaro.com within 24 hours and we'll re-clean that area at no charge. We don't offer cash refunds.
Do you have a first-time customer discount?
Yes! First-time clients get 50% off the full price of their first booking, including add-ons and travel fees, with code SALTSAG. Enter it when you book. It can't be combined with other offers or added afterward.
Do you wash the outside of my car?
We specialize in interior detailing and don't offer exterior washing right now.
